Senior AI Software Engineer

  • Launched a multi-agent system supporting hundreds of users navigating governmental financing in Catalonia: eliminated system errors, significantly increased chatbot processing speed, and implemented structured feedback loops to monitor and improve user experience.
  • Combined the chatbot architecture with a holographic avatar interface for enhanced user engagement at the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona.
  • Served as a DevOps engineer, securing both Azure and on-premises environments while establishing DevOps best practices, leading and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Established LLMOps best practices and introduced the Langfuse framework, significantly improving monitoring, evaluation, debugging and optimization workflows for large language models and their applications.
  • Developed several NLP applications using Python and Azure, ensuring scalable cloud deployment.

  • Led a project to extract key information from thousands of internal documents using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AWS services such as CloudWatch, EC2, Load Balancers, AutoScaling Groups and RDS.
  • Contributed to a web platform that allowed users to interact with internal documents through Natural Language Processing (NLP) queries. Optimized document indexation into the data store using asynchronous Python, significantly reducing computational time. Engaged in prompt engineering and used Azure services for the project.
  • Developed and maintained artificial intelligence oriented web services using Python and JavaScript frameworks, as well as Azure and AWS.
